The Outcall Booking Sequence, Start to Knock

Message, confirmation, arrival: the outcall sequence has three real stages. Here is what happens at each one, and what to have ready before you send the first line.

Three stages, one evening

An outcall booking has exactly three moving parts: you choose, you message, and the two of you agree a time. Everything else, the drive, the outfit, the timing, happens on our side once those three parts are settled.

Knowing the shape of the sequence in advance makes the whole thing faster, especially the first time round. Most of the guests who write back afterwards to say how easy it felt are simply the ones who knew what was coming next at each stage.

None of the three stages requires anything from you beyond a short message and a yes or no in reply, which is exactly why the whole process rarely takes more than a few minutes of actual typing on your side.

Stage one: choosing who to meet

Start with the roster if you already have a type in mind, whether that is our tall companions for a formal evening or a specific name such as Karolina. Profiles carry more photos and a sense of personality than a single card ever could, so a few minutes browsing usually narrows things down on its own.

If nothing jumps out, describe the evening instead, quiet night in, lively dinner, something in between, and we will suggest two or three names who genuinely fit rather than simply whoever happens to be free. There is no wrong way to arrive at a name, guided or self-chosen.

Neither route is faster or slower than the other in any meaningful way. A guest who already knows exactly who they want to see moves straight to stage two, and a guest who would rather be guided simply adds one short exchange before doing the same.

Stage two: writing the first message

One message covers everything: her name, your hotel or address, the time you would like her at the door, and a rough idea of the number of hours the evening should cover. Add a floor or door code if the building needs one.

There is no form to fill in beyond that, and no advantage in writing more than the plan actually requires. Guests sometimes worry a short message looks abrupt; on this line it simply reads as clear.

Stage three: what comes back

The reply checks her diary against the drive, so what you get is not a guess, it is a specific arrival time built around real traffic and a real schedule. For anything beyond the first hour, dinner date, overnight, longer evening, the same message brings a quote for anywhere from Amsterdam Centrum to the outer routes.

Nothing is booked yet at this stage. You are free to ask a follow-up question, compare two arrival times, or simply take a moment before confirming; the reply is information, not a countdown.

While the clock runs

Once you have confirmed, she gets ready and sets off, and there is genuinely nothing left for you to arrange. It is worth having your room number or entrance details ready to send the moment you are in, so the last stretch of her journey lands exactly where it should.

This gap between confirming and the knock is usually short inside the home districts, and it is the one part of the evening where you can simply get on with whatever you were already doing.

The knock itself

She arrives at the agreed time, dressed for whichever building she is walking into, and from there the evening is yours to shape, whether that is a straightforward hotel outcall visit or something longer.

First bookings sometimes come with a few nerves about what happens in that opening minute; our guide to outcall etiquette covers exactly that, from the greeting onward, and the first hour of any visit begins from €180.

Choosing between two or three names

It is completely normal to like the look of more than one profile. Naming a first and second choice in the same message rarely slows anything down, since we simply check both diaries at once and tell you honestly who can make your evening work.

If both are free, the decision stays yours, and you are never nudged toward whichever happens to be easiest for us to arrange. If only one can make it, you know that immediately rather than after a round of messages.

If something changes before she arrives

Evenings shift, a meeting overruns, a table is ready earlier than expected, a friend calls with new plans. Whatever the reason, a quick message during the gap between confirming and arrival is all it takes to adjust the time, and in most cases the new slot is simply agreed there and then.

The same applies in reverse if something on our side needs a small adjustment, traffic worse than expected, a schedule running a few minutes behind. You hear about it directly, with a revised time rather than silence.

Asked before setting off

How long does the whole sequence take?

Inside the home districts, a message sent in the evening often turns into a confirmed arrival within the hour. The areas hub shows realistic timing district by district, and outer routes such as Utrecht or Rotterdam simply need more notice built into the same three stages.

Can I change the address after I've messaged?

Yes, just send the update the moment you have it. As long as she has not already left, the new address is folded straight into the plan without any need to start the conversation over.

What if I don't get a reply straight away?

At the busiest hours an answer can take a little longer to come back while diaries are checked, but the line itself is watched around the clock. Flag anything urgent and a quick reply gets priority over a fully detailed one.

Is there a way to speed the sequence up?

Sending everything in one message, name, address, time, length, is the single biggest time saver. A reply that only needs a yes moves far faster than a back and forth that has to gather the details first.
