Two directions, one evening
The word outcall describes who moves. In an outcall booking, the companion travels to an address you already control, a hotel room, an apartment, wherever you are staying that evening. Incall runs the other direction: you would be the one travelling, usually to a location the companion or an agency maintains for meetings.
Both models exist across the industry, and neither is inherently better on paper. Knowing the difference simply makes it obvious why the two feel so different in practice, and why the questions guests ask before booking each one tend to be almost opposites of each other.
This guide focuses on outcall specifically, since it is the only format we run, but understanding the alternative helps explain a few of the choices behind how our own line works, and why so many of our pages talk about addresses rather than venues.
How incall usually works
An incall arrangement means finding your way to somewhere unfamiliar, often at an hour when streets are quiet and addresses are hard to double check. You are the visitor, working from directions someone else gave you, arriving as a guest in a space you have never seen and will likely never see again.
For a visitor already navigating an unfamiliar city, that is one more unfamiliar address to manage on top of everything else the evening involves, a taxi to find, a building to locate, a buzzer to guess at without anyone to ask.
None of that makes incall a poor choice in general, plenty of guests are perfectly comfortable with it, it simply asks something of you that outcall does not.
What outcall asks of you instead
Outcall flips the arrangement so the only travelling that needs doing is hers. You supply your hotel or apartment, Samanta or whoever you have chosen from our brunette companions supplies the journey, and the evening happens somewhere familiar, your own room, your own street, your own front door.
That single swap changes more than it sounds like it would. Nothing about the evening depends on you finding a new place; everything depends on you simply being where you already planned to be.
The privacy difference
Staying at your own address changes how the evening feels before it even starts. There is no unfamiliar building to locate at midnight, no stranger's stairwell to climb, no need to explain your presence to anyone. In a hotel, she simply walks through the lobby the way any well dressed guest would; at a private address somewhere like Zuidas, the whole visit begins and ends behind your own door.
Incall, by comparison, hands that privacy question to whoever runs the location you are visiting. You are trusting an address you did not choose and generally cannot vet, which is a perfectly ordinary way to run a business, just a different one from ours.
The time difference
Outcall also tends to be the faster route once a booking is confirmed, because the travel is hers rather than yours. You are not adding a taxi ride, a search for an address, or a walk from an unfamiliar tram stop onto the front of your evening. Our hotel outcall service is built entirely around that saved time, and most confirmed visits inside the home districts land within about an hour.
An incall visit adds its own travel time on top of whatever the agency itself quotes, and that travel is squarely yours to plan and absorb, traffic, parking, a missed turn included.
Why we only drive outcall
We run outcall exclusively because it is the version of this that actually works for the guests who book us: hotel visitors with a room already paid for, residents who would rather host than travel, couples who want the evening to stay inside their own address.

Which questions to ask either way
Whichever model you are looking at, a small number of questions tell you almost everything: who is travelling, how the figure is agreed, and whether it is settled before or after the meeting itself. An agency confident in its own process answers all three plainly and in writing.
On outcall specifically, those answers are the same for every booking on this site, which is part of why the format suits guests who would rather know the shape of the evening before it starts than work it out as they go.

Do you offer incall as well?
No. Every booking we take is outcall, which is why the whole site, the rates, the areas, the timing, is built around one companion travelling to one address rather than the reverse.
Is outcall more expensive than incall?
Not on our line. The starting rate is from €180 per hour regardless of format, and any difference between outcall and incall pricing elsewhere usually comes down to that other agency's own arrangement rather than anything inherent to the model.
Does outcall take longer to arrange than incall?
Generally the opposite. Since nothing needs to be found or visited on your side, an outcall booking often moves from message to arrival faster than a plan that requires you to travel somewhere first. Our guide to the booking steps shows the full timeline.
Is one model safer than the other?
Both can be run well or poorly, and the format itself is not the deciding factor. What actually matters is how clearly an agency communicates before anything is agreed, which is exactly what our own booking process is built around.
