Terms and conditions, the rules of the road

Every booking is for time and companionship, nothing more; anything suggesting otherwise ends it, on the conduct terms below.

A booking is confirmed when the desk has set out in the chat the companion, date, start time, length, type of place, hotel or private address, and total, plus any deposit requested, and you have agreed in writing; with a deposit, once it has arrived. From then on it is final: her time is held for you, other requests turned away. Before your written yes nothing is booked and nothing is owed.

The desk may ask for a deposit to confirm any booking, at its discretion; the amount and how to pay it are stated in the chat, never here. It is paid ahead against the fee and comes off the total; what remains is paid at the start. Never refunded on your cancellation, it is kept in full in the 50% and 100% tiers, anything above it invoiced within 14 days, and in the early tier becomes a credit valid 12 months towards any companion here, usable once, not transferable, never paid out.

Dinner dates, overnights, duo and couples evenings, extended and multi-day arrangements, travel days and events hold more of her diary, so the windows are wider: over 7 days before the start, credit; 7 days to 72 hours, 50%; under 72 hours, or a no-show, 100%. Otherwise the previous section applies.

One move of date or time is possible at the desk's discretion, asked before she sets off, if her schedule allows; deposit and terms ride along. Otherwise the original booking stands, charges as above. Extra hours ride at the same rate, agreed in the chat first; ending early does not reduce the fee.

If the desk cancels, or your confirmed companion cannot come, for a reason not yours, you pick: a fresh date or a different companion with nothing added to the meter, or all of your money back within 14 days; a substitute is offered, never imposed, and declining her means the refund. Force majeure gives the same choice.

A booking is a leisure service for a specific date and time; under article 6:230p, sub e, of the Dutch Civil Code (article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

The booking chat, with your acceptance of these terms, and any deposit's payment record are kept while the booking, any charge or credit, disputes and bookkeeping need them, then deleted. No ID copies are stored. Bookings under a false identity or with someone else's payment details, and threats or violence against a companion, may be reported to the police and the payment provider, and future bookings declined.
