Tiffany, sequin sparkle from the heart of Centrum

Dam Square at one in the morning: the Royal Palace floodlit, the last trams gliding along the Damrak, neon from late bars trembling on wet stones. This is Tiffany's neighbourhood, the busy, glittering heart of Amsterdam, and she knows every shortcut through it, every alley where the light falls just right.

Graceful in movement and detail-oriented in dress, she favours beachside boho glam with sequin sparkle: beige paillettes, wrap skirts, braided hair accessories, a shimmer that catches the headlights as she steps from the car. Behind the sparkle is a petite 169 cm frame, long chocolate brown hair and brown eyes full of playful intelligence. Twenty-four and quite impossible to fool, she notices everything, from a crooked picture frame to the way you smile when you are pretending not to be tired.

Street photography is her way of reading the city. She shoots late-night scenes, silhouettes in shop windows, cyclists crossing lit bridges, a couple sharing an umbrella under a streetlamp, all the small moments everyone else walks straight past. Her eye for detail makes her a wonderful observer and an even better storyteller, because she remembers exactly what she saw and tells it with a playful twist.

Champagne is her drink, properly chilled and never rushed, and design hotels are her weakness; a beautifully lit lobby or a room with a view across the rooftops can make her whole week. She likes to guess the architect, admire the lamps and then settle in as though the place had been built around her.
