Confirmed Means Final: How Cancelling a Booking Works

For bookings of one to three hours the charge is counted back from the agreed start time, in three tiers. More than 48 hours before the start, nothing is charged without a deposit, and a paid deposit stays with us as a credit. Between 48 and 24 hours before, half of the fee is due. Inside 24 hours, or when nobody answers her knock, the whole fee is due.

A booking confirmed inside one of those windows sits in that window from the moment it is confirmed, which means a same-day booking lands in the 100% tier the second you say yes. Any cost the desk saves because you cancelled, a long drive that never happens for instance, comes off a 100% charge, and the charge is the only amount owed: nothing else is added to it.

Dinner dates, overnights, duo and couples evenings, extended and multi-day arrangements, travel days and events block out far more of a companion's diary, so their windows are wider. More than 7 days before the start, the deposit becomes a credit and nothing more is owed. From 7 days down to 72 hours, half of what was agreed. Inside 72 hours, or a no-show, all of it.

These are also the bookings where a deposit is asked as a rule rather than an exception. A duo evening ties up two diaries instead of one, and an address out near Amsterdam Noord or further has real travel invested in it before anyone knocks, so the desk holds those evenings on a deposit, and the chat names it before your yes. On a cancellation that deposit is kept or credited exactly as described here; it is never refunded.

A deposit is money paid ahead against the fee: it is taken off the total, and whatever remains is settled when she arrives. When you cancel, it is set against the cancellation charge. In the 50% and 100% tiers the whole of it is kept, and if the charge is higher than the deposit the difference is invoiced, payable within 14 days. In the early tier it is not lost but not returned either: it stays with us as a credit valid for 12 months towards a new booking with any companion on this site, usable once, not transferable and never paid out.

A same-day cancellation is still a cancellation, and it lands in the 100% tier: the deposit is kept and the balance is invoiced. By that point a companion is usually already dressed for your address, sometimes already in the car, and the evening cannot be given to anyone else at that notice. The message is still worth sending, plainly and early, because it settles the practical side at once: she stands down, nobody waits in a corridor, and the desk knows how to close the booking. What the message does not do is change the charge.

You are a no-show when you are not at the agreed address, or unreachable on the number you booked from, within 30 minutes after the start time; when the address you gave is wrong or cannot be entered; or when you turn her away at the door for a reason not listed in the terms under when we cancel. A no-show is a cancellation in the 100% tier: the deposit is kept and the balance is invoiced.

Because faces on this site are blurred for the companions' privacy, "she is not the woman in the photos" is not something anyone can check at your door, and it is not a reason to send her away. Every photo set is checked against the woman herself before it goes live, and the companion confirmed in your chat is the one who arrives, figure, hair and styling as shown. Turning her away is a no-show, charged as one.

If the evening is not off but merely in the wrong place on the calendar, ask to move it rather than cancel. One move of the date or time is possible at the desk's discretion, requested before she sets off, if her schedule allows; the deposit and the terms ride along to the new time, and the guide to rescheduling covers what to send. If no new time is agreed, the original booking stands and the charges above apply.

Cancelling outright and writing again later is a different thing: a new booking, confirmed fresh. Luna, among our auburn and red haired companions, is as easy to book for another evening as she was the first time, but the cancelled evening is charged on its own terms, and an early-cancellation credit can be put towards the new one within 12 months.

The rule cuts both ways. If the desk cancels, or the companion confirmed in your chat cannot come, and the reason is ours rather than yours, you choose: another date or a different companion at no extra cost, or a full refund of everything you have paid, within 14 days. A substitute is only ever offered, never imposed, and if you decline her the full refund follows. An event outside both our control, a storm that closes the roads, gives you the same choice.

Once the cancellation message is sent and read, the desk closes the booking and tells you where it lands: deposit kept, deposit credited, or a charge invoiced. An invoiced charge is payable within 14 days, and the charge is the only amount owed; nothing else is added. Until an open charge is settled, further bookings are declined, and a guest who has cancelled once without a deposit is asked for one on the next booking.
